Please note that we will be closing online bookings from 12th March 2026. Any bookings after that date will need to be made directly with the organisers.

At the present time we are waiting to see whether further accommodation can be made available by the school. Please contact us to be placed on a waiting list. In the meantime please book your tickets and food for the weekend.

We have a provisional date for our 2026 Casterton weekend – 10th to 12th April. Due to the timing of Easter next year, the options are more limited than usual. However the school point out that they are unable to confirm at this time but it looks like these would be the dates. 

Are you able to help during the event? To reduce the workload for the support team from the Crook club, we are asking participants to help with serving tea and coffee at the morning, lunchtime, afternoon and evening breaks. If you are able to volunteer to help at one of these breaks please tick the
