Cancellation

We will return payments made if you cancel on or before 1^st March 2025  After 1^st March 2025, the costs of the event ticket and meals are not refundable. We will return your school accommodation payment if and to the extent the school does not charge us for your accommodation. For any overseas payment returns we will deduct the cost of international bank transfer (if any) from the amount we repay.

Liability

Whilst all reasonable care will be taken, neither the organisers nor their helpers can be held liable for any loss, damage or injury, howsoever suffered, which may affect people on the Folk Dance Weekend.

Data Protection Act

We are required to inform you that our mailing lists are held on a computer. These lists are not used for any purpose other than for the Dancing Weekend. If you would prefer not to have your name, address and email so recorded, please write or email us and say so.
